We encourage all parents/guardians to use our online payment system. It will provide an immediate receipt to the payee and The Academy.


  • Indicate how much money you would like to pay.
  • Type the amount in the appropriate box. Under how often choose Once. Then click Payment.
  • Follow the directions on the next page. You must fill in the information with a red star next to it.
  • You must include your address for the payment to be processed.
  • Where it reads Comments please indicate your child’s name and the month you are paying. An example would be John Smith, April tuition, registration fee, etc. Click Finalize when complete. A receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity!
  • The Academy will continue to accept money orders and checks as a payment option.
